1. What Will I Get When I Order?
An email with a full set of all 16 Policies in editable MS Word document in English. A standard price for the full set is BHD 2,400 however a special price of BHD 1,200 (50 percent off) is offered when a set is purchased at once. Please note that with purchase of a full set of 16 Policies in English you will also receive these policies in editable MS Word document in Arabic at no extra cost.

 

2. How can I be confident they are properly prepared and legally compliant?

We will assist you in obtaining approval of the Ministry of Labour to ensure legal compliance.

 

3. Can I buy just 1 Policy, rather than all 16?

We would advise you to buy a full set of 16 Policies because they are designed to work together and several of them cross-reference to other related Policies. However, should you wish to purchase only 1 Policy, the price for each Policy is BHD 100. You can also add a version in Arabic for only BHD 50 extra.  

 

4. How will I know these Policies fit my business/organisation?

We have various options throughout the Policies. For example, in the Disciplinary Policy, we have two possible sections depending on what your preferences are. These options are clearly marked and you select the one that you want. The Policies are supplied as a Microsoft Word document, so that making changes is easy.

 

5. We write our own Policies - how will these help us?

If you want to keep your own Policies, these act as a ‘sanity check’. A lot of our clients have gone back and revised large segments of their Policies after purchasing our Policies, and even more people have said they have realised they could cut entire sections out to make their Policies simpler and more user-friendly.

 

6. What happens if there is a change in the law?

Our Policies are carefully designed not to need regular updating. However having said that, we do update them every 12 to 18 months, and offer updates to previous purchasers for a nominal price. If you sign up to receive our employment law updates, you will be one of the first to find out about changes in the law.

 

7. Can I see a sample policy?
